03/14/16 - Your domain name with BookMyName at a very competitive price

We recommend registering your domain with BookMyName. They are well-priced, offer a simple customer interface and a comprehensive offer. Table of BookMyName prices by extension.

How to use a domain name registered with them:

  1. Log-in to your account: https://www.bookmyname.com
  2. Click on MANAGE, then List of your domain names, then on your domain name, then Personalize the content of your DNS, then Advanced interface
  3. In the text box specify the line www cname d.book.fr. (the full stop at the end of the line is important) then Submit
  4. Click on Return to Home, then List of your domain names, then on your domain name, then Your web redirect (change)
  5. Leave the field under URL to forward blank, specify the full address (eg http://www.yourdomainname.ext/) under Destination URL, untick the box Transparent redirect, leave the default type: permanently (301), then SUBMIT

To finish, log-in to the management interface, click on Edit and then Use your domain name. At the bottom of the page specify your domain name, then Save.

In the event of any difficulty, contact us specifying your BookMyName login details and the domain name to be set up. We will then be able to intervene in your customer interface. We can also provide this service for domain names registered with OVH, GoDaddy, and 1&1.
