My portfolio is moved onto my domain name (redirection), but I can no longer access the content

While you are at your portfolio's address, press the F5 key on your keyboard in order to check whether the content has not simply been cached by your browser.

This situation can occur if you visited the domain name before modifying the DNS configuration. If this is the case, your operating system has cached the DNS data that is no longer up-to-date and you must often wait 24 hours before it refreshes the data automatically.

In order to access the content of the portfolio without waiting, you must empty your operating system's DNS cache. This procedure is not the same and depends on the operating system. So, we suggest that you carry out a search in a search engine with a query such as: "empty dns cache operating system", for example: "empty dns cache windows 8." After having emptied the cache, return to your portfolio's address and press the F5 key on the keyboard again, when you are at your portfolio's address.

If these procedures do not enable you to resolve the problem, return to your portfolio's address later and press the F5 key.
