Is the installation of cookies enabled on your computer ?

Authorising cookies simplifies your login procedure in the portfolio manager page. Refusing cookies means that you will be redirected back to the login page (username, password). To prevent this problem, you must change your Internet browser configuration to accept cookies.

Example with Internet Explorer :

  • Click on the Tools button in your Internet browser toolbar and select Internet Options. A window will open.
  • In this window, click on the Confidentiality tab and adjust the level to Medium.
  • Click on OK
