I want to use my domain name (domain.com)

You can customize the URL of your portfolio by using your own domain name yourname.com (or any other extension: .net, .fr, .art, etc.), instead of yourname.artfolio.com or yourname.book.fr. An automatic redirection from your old address to the new one will be set up, ensuring that your visitors always access your portfolio correctly.

Artfolio does not provide domain name registration services. If you do not have a domain name, you will need to reserve one with a registrar such as BookMyName , GoDaddy, IONOS, or OVH. A basic domain name reservation offer will suffice, without the need for additional hosting options.

1) Configure your domain name

Log in to your account with your registrar. Access the DNS zone editor and create (or modify) the CNAME record with Name: www and Value: d.book.fr

Important notes

The update process can take up to 24 hours. Make sure to renew your domain name with your registrar to avoid any interruptions. In case of an error in the DNS configurations, your site will automatically revert to its previous Artfolio address.
