Erotic Art on Artfolio: What is Not Allowed
On Artfolio, the publication of content that is explicitly pornographic or resembles porn-art is forbidden. Erotic art, as we define it, is characterized by nudity that lacks any allusion to sexual acts and must be produced with an artistic approach.
Thus, you are prohibited from publishing content depicting the following on pages or in galleries not protected by a password:
- Sexual acts or masturbation
- Male genitalia in a state of erection
- Close-ups of genitalia or the anus
- Sexually connotative objects (sex toys)
It is also prohibited for a model to be made anonymous through post-processing techniques, such as blurring or cropping, or for them to deliberately turn their face away to avoid recognition.
Furthermore, in accordance with current legislation, publishing content that depicts or appears to promote acts of suicide, self-harm, or any dangerous or illegal behavior, including the use of illicit substances, is strictly forbidden.
